This initial 30 minute appointment is offered free of charge via Microsoft Teams, or by telephone. 

There is no obligation to commence therapy with me, but it will help you to make a decision about whether I am the right counsellor for you. 

I offer both long and short-term weekly therapy sessions. Our sessions are reviewed regularly to ensure your are getting what you need from the process. 

I offer sessions online via Microsoft Teams or face-to-face in my private counselling rooms located in Aylesbury (HP19) and Market Square winslow (MK18).  

£60 per 50 minute client session.

I also offer a full 60 minute hour charged at £72 per client session. 

Fees can be settled by bank transfer or cash.

There is an additional £5 admin fee charge per invoice if requested. 

I offer a reduced fee to students who are training in Counselling & Psychotherapy. 

I do, in some circumstances, offer a concessionary rate, please contact me to discuss this further. 

I am an approved professional provider for WPA Health Insurance.

I am a registered vendor for Thames Valley Police.

I have previously taken referrals from other insurance companies, please reach out to discuss this further.
